Patients will be seen by appointment only except in emergency circumstances. Our reception staff are trained and familiar with acute and non-acute issues and will accordingly allocate you an appropriate time to be seen. All information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Due to the nature of General Practice, emergencies do happen and must take priority. We endeavour to avoid delays,
but sometimes they are unavoidable. Ensure you check in with reception on arrival for your appointment.
